3.1 Account Limits

Each individual person may hold only one active ar999b account. Duplicate account registrations are prohibited. 3.3 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting ar999b support. ar999b will process the closure and release any outstanding verified balance to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable identity verification requirements. ar999b may close or suspend your account at any time where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.

All ar999b account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ar999b accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the payment methods listed below, subject to availability in your region and compliance with applicable financial regulations.

ar999b does not impose deposit or withdrawal fees. Third-party payment service providers may apply their own standard transaction charges, which are outside ar999b's control. ar999b is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing systems, banking maintenance windows, or government-imposed financial system restrictions.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. ar999b may request identity verification documentation before processing a withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests will not be processed while a player's account is under review for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or Terms violations.

ar999b offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All promotions offered by ar999b are subject to specific promotion terms published on the relevant promotional page, in addition to the following general bonus terms which apply to all ar999b promotions unless explicitly overridden by the specific promotion terms.

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiple and eligible games are stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard ar999b wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, IP address, or device. Claiming a promotion under multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• ar999b reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been converted to withdrawable balance before the expiry date will be removed from the account without compensation.

ar999b reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you must cease using ar999b and may request account closure. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure, net of any applicable bonus forfeiture, will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of identity verification.
